Description
The Metro C537-HFS-U-BU is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This 3/4 height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency, ensuring your food stays at the perfect temperature. The insulated cabinet and door enhance heat retention, while the removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access and maintenance. Equipped with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F, this cabinet provides precise temperature control. It includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to 14 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 26 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. The cabinet is built with durable aluminum and features 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability during transport. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
