Description
The Metro C537-HLFC-L is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This 3 Series C5™ model features lower wattage for energy savings while maintaining optimal performance. It is constructed with Red Insulation Armour™ for superior heat retention and insulation. The cabinet stands at 3/4 height and includes a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility of contents. Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, it allows for straightforward adjustments with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F. The cabinet accommodates (27) 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides positioned on 1-1/2" centers, ensuring organized storage. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, the unit operates at 120v/60/1-ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for food service operations.
