Description
The Metro C537-HLFS-4 is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This 3/4 height cabinet features lower wattage operation with Red Insulation Armour™ for enhanced energy efficiency. It includes an insulated cabinet and door, ensuring optimal temperature retention. The removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access and maintenance, while the thermostat can be set up to 200°F for precise temperature control. The cabinet is equipped with fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating up to 14 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 26 half-size 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, providing versatile storage options. Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, with two featuring brakes for stability during use. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates on 120v/60/1-ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps. It is certified by cULus and NSF, ensuring compliance with industry standards for safety and sanitation.
