The Metro C537-HLFS-L-BU is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This 3/4 height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention, ensuring your food stays at optimal temperatures. With a lower wattage of 1440 watts and a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, it provides reliable heating while being energy-efficient. The cabinet is equipped with lip load slides on 1 1/2" centers, accommodating up to 27 pans measuring 18" x 26". Its removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access and maintenance. The durable aluminum construction ensures longevity, while the 5" casters, two of which have brakes, provide mobility and stability. Designed for commercial use, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph with a current draw of 12 amps and is compliant with cULus and NSF standards, making it a safe and reliable choice for any food service environment.
