Description
The Metro C537-HLFS-L is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This 3/4 height cabinet features lower wattage operation with Red Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal efficiency. It includes an insulated cabinet and door, ensuring optimal heat retention. The removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access and maintenance, while the adjustable thermostat can reach temperatures up to 200°F. With a capacity for (27) 18" x 26" pans, the cabinet utilizes lip load slides on 1 1/2" centers for secure and organized storage. It is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability during transport. Constructed from durable aluminum, the unit operates at 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps. The Metro C537-HLFS-L is cULus and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for food service operations.
