Description
The Metro C537-MFC-4-GY is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This 3/4 height cabinet features the innovative C5™ 3 Series Moisture Heated technology, ensuring consistent temperature and humidity control up to 200°F. The cabinet is equipped with a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility and access, while the Grey Insulation Armour™ enhances energy efficiency. The removable bottom mount control module simplifies operation and maintenance, allowing for precise temperature adjustments and moisture management. With fixed wire slides on 3" centers, it accommodates up to 14 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 26 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, providing versatile storage options. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph power, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in any commercial kitchen environment.
