Description
The Metro C537-MFC-L-GY is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This 3/4 height cabinet features advanced C5™ 3 Series technology with Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents while maintaining temperature. Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, this cabinet offers precise temperature control up to 200°F and adjustable moisture settings to create the ideal environment for proofing dough or holding hot foods. It accommodates up to 27 standard 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides positioned on 1 1/2" centers for easy access. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use. Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, featuring a NEMA 5-20P plug. Certified by cULus and NSF, this cabinet meets high standards for safety and sanitation.
