Description
The Metro C537-MFC-U-GY is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This 3/4 height cabinet features advanced C5™ 3 Series technology with Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents while maintaining temperature. Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, it offers precise temperature control up to 200°F and adjustable moisture settings to create the ideal environment for proofing dough or holding cooked foods. The cabinet includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (14) 18" x 26" or (26) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in commercial kitchen environments.
