Description
The Metro C537-MFS-L-BU is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This 3/4 height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal efficiency. It includes an insulated cabinet and door, ensuring consistent temperature control. The removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access and maintenance. Equipped with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F and moisture control, this cabinet is ideal for maintaining the perfect environment for proofing dough and holding cooked foods. It accommodates up to 27 standard 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides positioned on 1-1/2" centers for easy organization. Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use. Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph power, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in commercial kitchen environments.
