Description
The Metro C537-MFS-L is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This 3/4 height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency, ensuring consistent temperature control up to 200°F. The insulated cabinet and door maintain ideal conditions for holding and proofing. Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, it offers easy access for adjustments and maintenance. The moisture control feature enhances food quality by preventing drying. The cabinet accommodates up to 27 standard 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers, providing versatile storage options. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation requirements.
