Description
The Metro C537-MFS-U is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This 3/4 height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency, ensuring consistent temperature control up to 200°F. The insulated cabinet and door maintain ideal conditions for holding and proofing. Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, it offers easy access for adjustments. The thermostat allows for precise moisture control, enhancing food quality. The universal wire slides are adjustable on 1.5-inch increments, accommodating up to 14 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 26 half-size 12" x 20" x 2.5" pans. Mobility is facilitated by 5-inch casters, with two featuring brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
