Description
The Metro C539-CDC-4-BU is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This full-height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency, ensuring consistent temperatures. The Dutch clear polycarbonate doors provide visibility while maintaining insulation. Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, the cabinet allows for easy adjustments with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F. It includes fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 phase power, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
