Description
The Metro C539-CDC-U is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility in food service environments. This full-height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention, ensuring optimal temperature control. The Dutch clear polycarbonate doors provide visibility while maintaining insulation. Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, the cabinet allows for easy access and maintenance. The thermostat can be set up to 200°F, providing precise temperature management for various food items. It includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments, accommodating up to (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
