Description
The Metro C539-CDS-4-GY is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This full-height cabinet features Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency. It is equipped with Dutch insulated aluminum doors for easy access and durability. The removable bottom mount control module allows for convenient adjustments, with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F. The cabinet includes fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, providing versatile storage options. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph, it delivers 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, and is compliant with cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in any commercial kitchen setting.
