Description
The Metro C539-CDS-4 is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This full-height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency, ensuring consistent temperature control. It is equipped with Dutch insulated aluminum doors for easy access and durability. The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward adjustments, with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F. The cabinet includes fixed wire slides spaced on 3-inch centers, accommodating up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, providing versatile storage options. Mobility is enhanced with 5-inch casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use. Constructed from aluminum, this unit operates on 120v/60/1 phase power, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation requirements.
