Description
The Metro C539-CDS-L is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal performance and convenience. This full-height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency, ensuring your food maintains the perfect temperature. It is equipped with durable Dutch insulated aluminum doors for easy access and enhanced insulation. The cabinet includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F, allowing for precise temperature management. It accommodates up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides positioned on 1 1/2" centers, maximizing storage capacity. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use. Constructed from aluminum, the cabinet operates on a 120v/60/1 ph power supply, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in any commercial kitchen setting.
