Description
The Metro C539-CDS-U-BU is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This full-height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal efficiency, ensuring consistent temperatures. It is equipped with Dutch insulated aluminum doors for easy access and durability. The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward adjustments, while the thermostat can be set up to 200°F for precise temperature control. The cabinet includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, with two featuring brakes for stability. Constructed from aluminum, this unit operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
