Description
The Metro C539-CFC-4-BU is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This full-height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency, ensuring consistent temperatures. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents without opening the cabinet. Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, it offers a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F, providing precise temperature control. The cabinet includes fixed wire slides on 3-inch centers, accommodating up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2.5" pans, maximizing storage capacity. Mobility is enhanced with 5-inch casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120V/60/1 phase power, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in commercial kitchen environments.
