Description
The Metro C539-CFC-4-GY is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This full-height cabinet features Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents while maintaining temperature. Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, it offers precise temperature control up to 200°F. The cabinet includes fixed wire slides on 3-inch centers, accommodating either 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2.5" pans. Mobility is enhanced with 5-inch casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates on 120V/60/1 phase power, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in commercial kitchen environments.
