Description
The Metro C539-CFS-4-GY is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This full-height cabinet features Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency. It includes a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature control. The cabinet is equipped with fixed wire slides spaced on 3" centers, accommodating up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates on 120v/60/1 phase with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
