Description
The Metro C539-CFS-L-BU is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal performance and convenience. This full-height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency, ensuring consistent temperatures. The insulated cabinet and door maintain heat effectively, while the removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access and maintenance. Equipped with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, this cabinet accommodates up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides on 1 1/2" centers. The unit is built for mobility with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, it operates on 120v/60/1 ph with a power rating of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. The Metro C539-CFS-L-BU is cULus and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen setting.
