Description
The Metro C539-CFS-L is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal performance and convenience. This full-height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency, ensuring your food maintains the perfect temperature. The insulated cabinet and door enhance heat retention, while the removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access and maintenance. With a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, this cabinet accommodates up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans on lip load slides spaced 1 1/2" apart. It is equipped with durable 5" casters, two of which have brakes for secure positioning. Constructed from aluminum, the cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
