The Metro C539-CLDC-4 is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This full-height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal retention, ensuring optimal temperature control. It is equipped with Dutch clear polycarbonate doors for easy visibility of contents. The removable bottom mount control module allows for convenient adjustments, while the thermostat can be set up to 200°F for precise heating. With fixed wire slides positioned on 3" centers, this cabinet accommodates up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, making it ideal for various food storage needs. The unit is mobile, supported by 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, it operates on 120v/60/1 ph with a power rating of 1440 watts and 12 amps.
