Description
The Metro C539-CLDC-L-GY is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This full-height cabinet features lower wattage for energy savings and is equipped with Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention. The Dutch clear polycarbonate doors provide visibility while maintaining insulation. It includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature management. The cabinet accommodates up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides on 1 1/2" centers, making it versatile for various food items. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates at 120v/60/1 ph with a power rating of 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in commercial settings.
