Description
The Metro C539-CLDC-L is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This full-height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal retention, ensuring optimal temperature control. It is equipped with Dutch clear polycarbonate doors for easy visibility of contents. The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward adjustments, with a thermostat capable of reaching up to 200°F. With a capacity for (35) 18" x 26" pans, the cabinet utilizes lip load slides on 1 1/2" centers for easy access and organization. The unit is built with durable aluminum and is mobile, featuring 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph, it delivers 1440 watts and 12 amps, meeting cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
