Description
The Metro C539-CLDC-U-BU is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal performance and versatility. This full-height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for enhanced energy efficiency and lower wattage consumption. It is equipped with Dutch clear polycarbonate doors for easy visibility and access. The removable bottom mount control module allows for convenient adjustments, while the thermostat can be set up to 200°F for precise temperature control. The cabinet includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Mobility is ensured with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, with a power rating of 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen setting.
