Description
The Metro C539-CLDS-4-BU is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This full-height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention, ensuring optimal temperature control. It is equipped with Dutch insulated aluminum doors for easy access and durability. The removable bottom mount control module allows for convenient adjustments, with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F. The cabinet offers fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph, it delivers 1440 watts and 12 amps, meeting cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance. Ideal for commercial kitchens, this cabinet ensures your food is held at the perfect temperature for serving or proofing.
