Description
The Metro C539-CLDS-L-BU is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This full-height cabinet features lower wattage operation with Blue Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal efficiency. It is constructed with durable Dutch insulated aluminum doors and includes a removable bottom mount control module for easy access and maintenance. The thermostat allows precise temperature control up to 200°F, ensuring optimal food holding and proofing conditions. With a capacity for (35) 18" x 26" pans, this cabinet is equipped with lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers for easy pan placement and retrieval. The unit is mounted on 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability during use. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph, it delivers 1440 watts and 12 amps of power, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens. The cabinet is cULus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards for safety and sanitation.
