Description
The Metro C539-CLDS-L is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This full-height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention, ensuring optimal temperature control. It is equipped with Dutch insulated aluminum doors for easy access and durability. The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward adjustments, with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F. Designed to accommodate a variety of food service needs, it has lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers, providing a capacity for (35) 18" x 26" pans. The cabinet is built on sturdy 5" casters, with two featuring brakes for secure positioning. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph, it delivers 1440 watts and 12 amps, and is compliant with cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in any commercial kitchen environment.
