Description
The Metro C539-CLFC-4-GY is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility in food service environments. This full-height cabinet features lower wattage for energy efficiency and is equipped with Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents while maintaining optimal temperature. The cabinet includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature management. It offers fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, providing ample storage for various food items. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, with a power output of 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation requirements.
