Description
The Metro C539-CLFC-L is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This full-height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal performance while maintaining a lower wattage. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents, and the removable bottom mount control module simplifies operation and maintenance. Equipped with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, it ensures precise temperature control for optimal food holding and proofing. The cabinet accommodates up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides positioned on 1 1/2" centers. Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates on 120v/60/1 ph, consuming 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation requirements.
