The Metro C539-CLFS-L-BU is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This full-height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention, ensuring optimal temperature control. With a lower wattage design, it operates at 1440 watts and 12 amps, making it energy-efficient while maintaining a maximum temperature of 200°F. The cabinet is equipped with a removable bottom mount control module for easy access and maintenance. It accommodates up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans, utilizing lip load slides on 1 1/2" centers for versatile storage options. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen environment.
