Description
The Metro C539-HDC-4 is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This full-height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency, ensuring your dishes remain at the perfect serving temperature. The Dutch clear polycarbonate doors provide visibility while maintaining insulation. Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, the cabinet allows for easy access and adjustments. The thermostat can be set up to 200°F, providing precise temperature control. It accommodates a variety of pan sizes with fixed wire slides on 3" centers, holding either (17) 18" x 26" pans or (32) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It is certified cULus and NSF, ensuring compliance with industry standards for safety and sanitation.
