Description
The Metro C539-HDC-L-BU is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This full-height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency and is equipped with Dutch clear polycarbonate doors for easy visibility. The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward adjustments, while the thermostat can be set up to 200°F for precise temperature control. With lip load slides on 1 1/2" centers, this cabinet accommodates up to 34 standard 18" x 26" pans, making it ideal for high-volume food service. The unit is built with durable aluminum and is supported by 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability during transport. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
