Description
The Metro C539-HDC-L-GY is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This full-height cabinet features Grey Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal efficiency and is equipped with Dutch clear polycarbonate doors for easy visibility of contents. The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward operation, while the adjustable thermostat reaches temperatures up to 200°F. With lip load slides on 1 1/2" centers, it accommodates up to 34 standard 18" x 26" pans, making it ideal for various food storage needs. The cabinet is built with durable aluminum and is supported by 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability during transport. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in any commercial kitchen setting.
