Description
The Metro C539-HDS-4-GY is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This full-height cabinet features Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency. It is equipped with Dutch insulated aluminum doors that provide easy access while maintaining temperature integrity. The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward adjustments, with a thermostat capable of reaching up to 200°F. The cabinet includes fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating either (18) 18" x 26" pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, ensuring versatile storage options. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
