Description
The Metro C539-HDS-4 is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This full-height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency, ensuring your food stays at the perfect temperature. The Dutch insulated aluminum doors provide easy access while maintaining heat retention. Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, this cabinet allows for straightforward temperature adjustments, with a thermostat range up to 200°F. It accommodates a variety of pan sizes, with fixed wire slides on 3" centers that can hold either (17) 18" x 26" pans or (32) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use. Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
