Description
The Metro C539-HDS-L-BU is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food temperature maintenance. This full-height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency and is constructed with durable Dutch insulated aluminum doors. The removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access and maintenance. Equipped with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F, this cabinet ensures precise temperature control. It accommodates up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides positioned on 1 1/2" centers for easy organization. The unit is supported by 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for secure positioning. With a power rating of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it operates on a 120v/60/1 ph electrical system and is certified by cULus and NSF, ensuring compliance with industry standards. This heated cabinet is ideal for maintaining food quality in busy kitchens.
