Description
The Metro C539-HDS-L-GY is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food temperature maintenance. This full-height cabinet features Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency and is equipped with Dutch insulated aluminum doors for easy access. The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward operation, while the adjustable thermostat reaches up to 200°F for precise temperature control. With a capacity for (35) 18" x 26" pans, the cabinet utilizes lip load slides on 1 1/2" centers to accommodate various food items. It is built with durable aluminum and mounted on 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability during transport. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph, it delivers 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, compliant with NEMA 5 20P, cULus, and NSF standards, ensuring reliability and safety in any commercial kitchen environment.
