Description
The Metro C539-HDS-L is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This full-height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency, ensuring your dishes remain at the perfect serving temperature. It is equipped with Dutch insulated aluminum doors for easy access and durability. The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward operation, while the adjustable thermostat reaches up to 200°F for precise temperature control. With lip load slides on 1 1/2" centers, it accommodates up to 34 standard 18" x 26" pans, making it ideal for high-volume settings. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use. Constructed from aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in any commercial kitchen environment.
