Description
The Metro C539-HDS-U is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This full-height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention, ensuring your food stays at optimal temperatures. The Dutch insulated aluminum doors provide easy access while maintaining heat. Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, this cabinet allows for precise temperature control up to 200°F. It includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments, accommodating up to 17 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 32 half-size 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. The cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, and is certified cULus and NSF for safety and sanitation. Ideal for any food service environment, the Metro C539-HDS-U combines functionality with robust construction.
