Description
The Metro C539-HFC-4-BU is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This full-height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency, ensuring your food stays at the perfect temperature. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents without opening the cabinet. Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, this unit offers a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F, providing precise temperature control. It includes fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating either (18) 18" x 26" pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, making it versatile for various food storage needs. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in commercial settings.
