Description
The Metro C539-HFC-L-BU is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This full-height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency and a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility of contents. It includes a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature management. With lip load slides on 1 1/2" centers, this cabinet accommodates up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans, making it ideal for high-volume food service operations. The unit is equipped with durable 5" casters, two of which have brakes for secure positioning. Constructed from aluminum, it operates on 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. The Metro C539-HFC-L-BU is cULus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards for safety and sanitation.
