Description
The Metro C539-HFC-L-GY is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This full-height cabinet features Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency and a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility of contents. It includes a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature control. With a capacity for (35) 18" x 26" pans, the cabinet utilizes lip load slides on 1 1/2" centers for easy access and organization. The unit is equipped with durable 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability during transport. Constructed from aluminum, it operates on 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. The cabinet is certified cULus and NSF, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
