Description
The Metro C539-HFC-L is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This full-height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency and a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility of contents. It includes a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature control. With a capacity for (35) 18" x 26" pans, this cabinet is equipped with lip load slides on 1 1/2" centers, making it easy to organize and access your food items. The unit is built with durable aluminum and is mounted on 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability during use. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph, it delivers 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, and is compliant with cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in any commercial kitchen setting.
