Description
The Metro C539-HFS-4-GY is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This full-height cabinet features Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior insulation, ensuring consistent temperature maintenance. It includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, allowing precise temperature control. The cabinet is equipped with fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating either (18) 18" x 26" pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, providing versatile storage options. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in food service environments.
