Description
The Metro C539-HFS-L is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This full-height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency, ensuring your dishes stay warm and ready to serve. It includes a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F for precise temperature management. With lip load slides on 1 1/2" centers, it accommodates up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans, making it ideal for high-volume operations. The cabinet is constructed from durable aluminum and is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability during transport. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph, it delivers 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, compliant with NEMA 5-20P, cULus, and NSF standards for safety and performance.
