Description
The Metro C539-HFS-U-BU is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This full-height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency, ensuring your food stays at the perfect temperature. The insulated cabinet and door enhance heat retention, while the removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access and maintenance. Equipped with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F, this cabinet provides precise temperature control. It includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. The 5" casters, with two featuring brakes, ensure easy mobility and stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
