Description
The Metro C539-HFS-U-GY is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and transport. This full-height cabinet features Grey Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal efficiency. It includes a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature management. The cabinet is equipped with universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, with two featuring brakes for stability during use. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
