Description
The Metro C539-HLDC-4-BU is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This full-height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention, ensuring your food stays at optimal temperatures. It is equipped with Dutch clear polycarbonate doors for easy visibility and access. The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward operation, while the adjustable thermostat can reach temperatures up to 200°F. With fixed wire slides on 3" centers, it accommodates up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, providing versatile storage options. The cabinet is built with durable aluminum and is mobile, featuring 5" casters (two with brakes) for easy maneuverability. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph, it delivers 1440 watts and 12 amps, meeting UL, CUL, and NSF standards for safety and performance.
